What areas do you serve?
Southwest Florida, including Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs, Port Charlotte and Tampa.
How many cameras do I need?
Most homes need four to eight. Count the ways someone can reach the building: front door, driveway, back door, side gate. One camera per approach is usually better than several pointed at the same wide view.
How long is footage kept?
That depends on the hard drive and how many cameras are recording. A typical eight-camera system with a 2TB drive holds around three to four weeks before it records over the oldest footage.
Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes. Every system we fit is set up for remote viewing on phones, tablets and computers, and we get it working on your own devices before we finish the job.
Do you fit equipment bought elsewhere?
We do, though we can rarely warranty hardware we did not supply. Where we supply the equipment ourselves, the cameras, the recorder and the workmanship are all covered by us.
How fast can you install?
We hold the equipment ourselves, so most orders ship the same day and most installs are booked within the week.
