Founded in 1989, Family Owned Today
Cusick Communications was founded by Tom Cusick in 1989, built on a commitment to honest service, reliable workmanship and long-term relationships with Jacksonville businesses. From its early days installing phone systems and structured cabling, the company grew into a trusted full-service provider for low-voltage and communications solutions.
Under Tom's leadership the business expanded into security camera systems, business Wi-Fi, VoIP phone systems and commercial audio, all delivered with the same attention to detail and customer care. For more than three decades, Tom built a reputation rooted in trust, quality and personal relationships with local clients.
In 2026 Cusick Communications entered its next chapter, with ownership passing to Jacob Cusick, who now serves as Owner and Operator. The focus remains on continuity, reliability and modernizing systems, and Tom remains involved during the transition so clients get the same familiar service and care.
